Skylab Barber Club – Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Agreement
- By signing up for the Skylab Barber Club, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- This agreement forms a binding commitment between you and Skylab Barber Lounge.
- If you are not satisfied, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue.
2. Minimum Commitment
- Membership requires a minimum commitment period of 3 (three) consecutive months from the date of activation.
- Early cancellation within this period is not permitted unless approved by management under exceptional circumstances.
3. Membership Fees
- Membership is billed monthly in advance.
- Fees are non-refundable once processed.
- Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
4. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits include services and products as outlined in your selected package (Basic, Standard, or Executive).
- Benefits are allocated per calendar month unless otherwise stated.
- Unused benefits may roll over at the discretion of Skylab Barber Lounge.
- Benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
5. Bookings & Attendance
- All services are subject to availability, bookings preferred.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
- Failure to attend a booking without notice may result in the loss of that session.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in suspension of membership privileges.
7. Membership Suspension
Skylab Barber Lounge reserves the right to suspend membership in the event of:
- Non-payment
- Abuse of benefits
- Failure to adhere to booking policies
8. Membership Changes
Skylab Barber Lounge reserves the right to:
- Adjust pricing
- Modify benefits
- Update membership structures
Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
9. Termination
Membership may be terminated:
- By the member after completion of the minimum 3-month period (with notice)
- By Skylab Barber Lounge for breach of terms
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused benefits.
10. Liability
Skylab Barber Lounge shall not be held liable for:
- Any personal injury unless caused by negligence
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
11. Data & Communication
By signing up, you consent to:
- The collection and storage of your personal information
- Communication regarding bookings, memberships, and promotions
Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your membership application, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these terms
- You agree to be bound by them
- All information provided is accurate
